We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing to join our marketing team. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-based digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and affiliate networks. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and other platforms.
- Manage budgets and bids across campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver regular reports and insights using tools
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop impactful creatives aligned with campaign goals.
- Coordinate with other marketing functions and Social Media Team, email marketing, and product teams to ensure integrated campaigns.
- Stay current with industry trends and digital marketing best practices.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in performance marketing or paid media roles.
- Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns on platforms
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
- Experience with marketing automation tools, Specifically E Commerce
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a Junior to mid-level SEO expert is a professional who has a solid understanding of SEO principles and practices, and who can independently manage and execute SEO strategies to improve a website's visibility in search engine results. They are proficient in tasks like keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO, and they can also analyze data and report on SEO performance. They often work within a team, collaborating with other marketers, content creators, and developers.
